When running:
"gmake bootstrap" env shows MAKEFLAGS=w
"gmake -d bootstrap" env shows MAKEFLAGS=wd
This also happens on NetBSD 6.0RC1 and Fedora 17.
But re-creating epaths.h only fails on FreeBSD and NetBSD (${MAKE-make}
!= GNU make).
