Just out of curiosity -
Emacs 24 is not released yet. Yet the dot number of the `emacs-version'
numbering just changed for the first time since builds began for Emacs 24.
The previous non-pretest Windows build, on 3/19, had this: 24.0.94.1. The last
Windows pretest build, on 4/02, had this: 24.0.95.1.
But now we're up to 24.1. The non-pretest Windows build from 4/19 has this:
24.1.50.1. Why 24.1 now? Did we pass some milestone?
