M-| astyle

Would "M-| astyle RET" be what you are looking for?

Usually I used C-x h to mark the whole buffer and
Esc C-\ zu do the indendation.

Dpn't be silly, man! Take one more look at the modelines!!

What you don't see but have, are two buffers, one, probably the upper 
one, is the original C++ source buffer, the other one is titled *Shell 
Command Output*.
