Note that you can also build an unrestricted Emacs under Termux. I use
configure options that are similar to those of the Termux people:
--disable-autodepend
--without-imagemagick
--without-libotf
--without-xaw3d
--without-gpm
--without-dbus
--without-gconf
--without-gsettings
--without-selinux
--with-json
--with-modules
--with-pdumper=yes
--with-x
--with-x-toolkit=lucid
