Regarding the entry for `org-src-mode-hook` on the Worg doc page (http://orgmode.org/worg/doc.html).

The current documentation says that this hook is run after entering or leaving `org-src-mode`.

As of "Org mode version 9.0.7 (9.0.7-elpa)," it appears that the hook is only run when the major mode is entered.
