Emacs manual 21:
In the node called "Acknowledgements"
there appear these two entries..
* Kurt Hornik co-wrote Octave mode (`octave.el' and related files).
* John Eaton co-wrote Octave mode (`octave.el' and related files).
( i spent a lot of time looking for octave.el :), then finally
realized that... ),..
we could either let octave-->octave-mod in above, or else replace the
above two lines, respectively, by:
* Kurt Hornik co-wrote Octave mode (`octave.el', now called
`octave-mod.el', and related files).
* John Eaton co-wrote Octave mode (`octave.el', now called
`octave-mod.el', and related files).
