According to http://developer.gnome.org/gtk/2.24/GtkWindow.html, we could use gtk_window_set_decorated() and gtk_window_set_deletable() before the frame's GTK Window is shown. Can these be exposed through frame parameters? It's the last missing piece for the emacs-panel popup frames. Thanks Ted
