bug#29661: 27.0.50; emacs crashing on exchange-point-and-mark

So this python

#!/usr/bin/python
num = 1000000
while num:
    print "123456789012345678901234567890"
    num = num -1
print "eureka"

redirecting output to a file, open that file with emacs -Q
incremental search for eur then C-x C-x  move the cursor down one or two
lines and emacs consistently crashes for me
