Docstring with function links starting with `-'

Hello,

In Emacs 27.2, when doing the following code:

(defun foo ())
(defun -foo ())
(defun bar ()
  "See `foo' and `-foo'.")

If we describe-function "bar" the docstring makes a clickable link out of
"foo" but not "-foo".

This is annoying with a library like dash.el

Any ideas/workarounds about how to fix it?

Since Emacs 28, `-foo' is also hyperlinked.  See the following:
