It's going to be (mostly) free soon. I've updated
https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/195.
This is not intended as an argument for or against implementing an
"Emacs Billboard" on Launchpad; I just wanted to clarify Canonical's
plans for Launchpad.
