Probably not, I'm using a non-toolkit build. Somewhat interestingly, it works when I run Emacs as 'env XMODIFIERS=3D"@im=3Dnone" emacs' ..., and it _always_ works in the terminal, so maybe it has more to do with some interaction with X input methods. =C5=A0t=C4=9Bp=C3=A1n
