Quickly changing e-mail address in message-mode (or mail-mode)

Hello guys,

I'm using `gnus-posting-styles' that is useful to change my e-mail
header (organization, from, etc) when I'm answer someone for example,
but I didn't find a good way to change my header quickly when I'm
composing a new e-mail.

How do you do?

I use gnus-alias[1] for this.
