Madhu, seems you have hit a corner case bug.

The resulting code (i.e. the defined `make-barf--cmacro') uses
`buffer-file-name' as the name of a variable it let-binds, which results
in the above warning (or a similar error message) in the case of this
variable.

Is this a known limitation (Mattias)?
