Having this in .Xdefaults

Emacs.cursorColor:              salmon

used to change the cursor color, the cursor is black by default now.

It does not work in the trunk now.  It works fine in 23.2.

Looks like my commit, 101959, broke it.  I'll investigate.

Shouldn't the same fix be installed in w32fns.c?
