"(#o3, #x3, ?\C-c)" should not be inserted to the *scratch* buffer
unless it is prefixed by `C-u'. This should be fixed by the patch in
bug#12985 that will insert "(#o3, #x3, ?\C-c)" only to the ielm buffer,
and not to the *scratch* buffer.
