Yes, that's right - to the trained eye, that line has 1 sentence, 12 words, and exactly 64 characters. As you can imagine you would like much more than that, optimally. Especially if the function has long ARGUMENT names that requires bulky terminology, references etc, to be explained. And it doesn't matter how little is a little, why not just give us as many chars as possibly that are still safe-displayable without the need for side-scroll?
