The documentation string for org-e-latex-remove-logfiles might better
be:
"Non-nil means remove files with the extensions listed in
org-e-latex-extensions."

I think that the first sentence of the doc-string should be a tad bit
shorter.
In an attempt to split it, what about something like:
"Non-nil means remove some files created during PDF export.
Any file whose extension is listed in `org-e-latex-extensions'
will be deleted."
