In emacs one needs to do CTRL+X CTRL++ CTRL++ CTRL++ ... to make words bigger.
But when viewing a PDF document, doing that gives:
Type C-c C-c to toggle between editing or viewing the document.
DocView: process pdf/ps->png changed status to killed.
Apparently one needs to do CTRL+X CTRL++ CTRL+X CTRL++ ... instead.
(Anyway in browsers one doesn't need the CTRL+X at all.)

You can also just `+' and `-' in that buffer (at least in Emacs 28, I
don't know about Emacs 26), and that would get in the way of the `C-x
C-+' and then `+', I think?
So I don't think there's anything here to fix, and I'm closing this bug
report.
