Hi Rudolf,

I don't see any confusion by not having a trailing colon in
#+print_bibliography. Where would there be? (I'm asking, because I'm
tutoring a couple novel users and it would be good to have an answer ready
if they ask ;-) )

It is very simple. The patch simply removed inconsistency in completion.
Here is the previous value of `org-options-keywords':

See how only PRINT_BIBLIOGRAPHY does not have a trailing
colon. Everything else will be completed with colon.
So, users who are accustomed to the completion adding colons can be
surprised when for PRINT_BIBLIOGRAPHY in particular the colon is not
added.
