Hello

Could you try to add the file another way just for testing?
For instance open a file that match the path
~/02histr/gadmin/household*.org, then

execute M-x org-agenda-file-to-front in this buffer.
It is also bound to C-c [ by default.

If the file is shown in the agenda, it might be a wildcard issue.
