It creates the child-frame invisibly, then eventually calls
`make-frame-visible'.
But I can also use this recipe and get pretty much the same times.
(setq frame (make-frame `((parent-frame . ,(window-frame)))))
(benchmark 10
(lambda ()
(make-frame-invisible frame)
(make-frame-visible frame)))
