Power users don't need assistants. I think everyone who uses Emacs is by definition a power user ;-) Emacs user = power user. What is realy needed is a tool which could help Emacs users to customize things more easily than Customize can do now. I see it as something implemented on top of Customize which will allow to specify a set of related options in one Customize buffer and to navigate between such buffers along a logically defined path.
