RFE: (put 'conf-space-keywords 'safe-local-variable 'stringp)

It would be nice if conf mode marked -keywords variables as safe to
set locally, so that e.g. one could add to ~/.nanorc

    # -*- mode: conf-space; conf-space-keywords: "set\\|unset" -*-

I believe the relevant change is simply to add

    (put 'conf-space-keywords 'safe-local-variable 'stringp)
