Forgive me if I missed something on this list, let alone not
understanding how this
http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?107190
solved no messages getting to emacs-diffs, but, what needs to happen to
resume messaging to emacs-diffs?

I'm not sure I understand the question.
Are you saying that sr #107190 is not really solved, and that no commit
emails are going to emacs-diffs even though the admins think they have
fixed it?

for scroll bars.
99269: Dan Nicolaescu 2010-01-06 (vc-bzr-after-dir-status): Ignore
pending merges.
99268: Katsumi Yamaoka 2010-01-06 [merge] * gnus-art.el
(gnus-article-describe-bindings): Work for prefix keys.
99267: Katsumi Yamaoka 2010-01-06 [merge] * gnus-util.el
(gnus-invisible-p, gnus-next-char-property-change)
99266: Chong Yidong 2010-01-05 * progmodes/python.el
(python-font-lock-keywords): Handle qualified decorators
99265: Dan Nicolaescu 2010-01-05 (vc-bzr-working-revision): Fix
looking for a revision
99264: Andreas Schwab 2010-01-05 Fix gnus-summary-recenter to properly
handle invisible lines

Well, there are no new mails here
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-diffs/2009-12/index.html
since the twenty-seventh of last month. I get 'em at gmane.emacs.diffs
and haven't seen any additional mail since at least then.

Can you open a new Savannah ticket pointing this out, and linking to
this mail thread?
Thanks,

I hope you took note of Juanma's point that there don't actually seem
to have been any diffs to post yet.

I certainly get his point now. I apologized to Sylvain and sorry for
