The separate zip for libxpm is the sources, since we need to distribute the sources for libraries we distribute according to the GPL (libxpm is under a more permissive license I think, but since we distribute it as part of Emacs, we have an obligation to follow GPL as well). > . have GnuTLS available for download from some other address
