I think what you are looking for could be done via

    M-x customize-themes RET

You may want to `Select more than one theme' and then later `migrate
your settings into a theme'.

This is what the commands show in my case:

    ,----

    | Theme files are named *-theme.el in `custom-theme-load-path'.
