According to https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/InputMethods,
#+BEGIN_SRC: text
For X Windows, add the following line to your ~/.Xresources.
Emacs.useXIM: off
#+END_SRC
However that does not work at GNU Emacs 26 (Actually that worked at GNU
Emacs 23.3).
Is there a hints?

Maybe your Emacs 26 was built without XIM support?
in general, this should be reported using report-emacs-bug, which will
then show all the necessary details of your Emacs build.

Sorry for wrong mail, ~/.Xresources works fine with GNU Emacs 26.1, i
did test again very carefully. My configures were wrong. So ignore
please my mail.
Thanks for your time!
Sincerely, Byung-Hee.
