Hi, you've sent a message to the Emacs bug list, but this isn't really
an Emacs bug. http://emacspeak.sourceforge.net says there is an
Emacspeak mailing list you can subscribe by sending mail with subject
"subscribe" to emacspeak-request@cs.vassar.edu, but the archives for
that one only go to 2015, so I'm not sure if it's still active. Perhaps
help-gnu-emacs@gnu.org would be better.
