No. The "unfortunate" version number is a problem on ELPA, though. The
built-in Tramp reports tramp-version "2.6.3-pre". In GNU ELPA, Tramp is
listed with built-in version "2.6.3pre". It might be problematic to
explain to users, that a bug release "2.6.2.9" would be better than the
built-in version. Good chances to confuse people.

However, this ship has sailed. We shouldn't increae the confusion by
adding further Tramp versions, which mean the same existing Tramp.
