I am on Emacs master 2b7056 (CommitDate: Sat Jun 1 15:41:54 2024 +0800)
I am unable to reproduce doing the following:
1. Clear elpa dir
2. emacs -Q
3. M-x package-list-packages
4. Click on "org"
5. Install the version from Elpa
6. Open an Org file
7. Observe native compilation finishing without warnings
