Hi,
I recently put some project directories in a CVS repository and noticed
that doing 'C-x v a' results in entries looking like this:
2007-01-22 author <author@host>
* somefile: Some change
although user-full-name and user-mail-address are set correctly. All
other projects I work on using RCS do not show this problem, so this seems
to be linked to using CVS with VC. An older thread points to this issue,
but no resolution was available back then. I'd appreciate any suggestions
for solutions. Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
