Creating a bitcoin client written in emacs lisp or guile, is probably the best initial way to implement this feature request whilst respecting a user's privacy. Though that may not be an easy task. If it is using CiviCRM, then it integrating a payment option that prompts users to pay what they want when downloading documentation should be easy. GNU would also get more donations. --
