Subject: bug#17979: 24.3.92; Unhelpful error message with bad mail-user-agent
Date: Wed, 09 Jul 2014 23:21:03 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87ppheteio.wl-jch@pps.univ-paris-diderot.fr> (raw)
I just made a typo:
(setq mail-user-agent 'no-such-user-agent)
If I call compose-mail, I receive the following error message:
compose-mail: Symbol's function definition is void: nil
Granted, it's a user error, but the error message could be more helpful.
