The `ebdb-mua-pop-up' option definitely should govern this, but I see that you'd actually need to set another option to nil to really make it work: `ebdb-completion-display-record'. That should solve the immediate problem for you. All of the completion stuff in EBDB is due for an overhaul, one of my New Year's resolutions! Thanks, Eric
