This patch (or something else recently, but this seems more likely) has
made all the tramp-archive tests fail (on Debian).  They all fail with
something like:

Test tramp-archive-test21-file-links condition:
    (user-error "Not a Tramp file name: \"//home/larsi/src/emacs/trunk/test/lisp/net/tramp-archive-resources/foo.tar.gz:\"")
   FAILED  17/22  tramp-archive-test21-file-links (0.000524 sec)
