dbus-launch starts another session bus, which is different from the
default one:

Everything which is started inside the dbus-launch umbrella uses this
private bus, and not the default one. So it could be already a problem,
when a process tries to communicate with another process, and these
processes are started from inside and from outside the umbrella,
respectively. No second dbus-launch is needed.

Same for two process under different dbus-launch umbrellas.
