Subject: Just reading a maildir repository
Date: Tue, 24 Feb 2009 08:28:29 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87ocwsz6uq.fsf@garlic.homenetwork> (raw)

Hi,

I have my email in maildir format, and it is filtered and received in
another email program. I would like to continue using my old mail
program, but to be able to use emacs for reading (read-only for now) the
mail as well.

I'm a bit confused in between having Gnus *fetch* my mail and *store*
it, and between being able to read a maildir repository.

It doesn't have to be Gnus - as long as it supports just reading a
maildir format, it will be fine.
