I added specific prompts for nnimap.el:

  (let* ((auth-source-creation-prompts
          '((user  . "IMAP user at %h: ")
            (secret . "IMAP password for %u@%h: ")))
...

which should look OK.  But if you or anyone else can suggest default
prompts, that would be great.
