bug#16692: 24.2; nlinum version 1.2 does not work correctly with indirect buffers

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug, and
the precise symptoms of the bug.  If you can, give a recipe

    every line in both buffers.

    Switch to the original buffer via {ctrl+x}o
    Insert some text here.  Note line numbers still missing in indirect buffer.
