Everyone has their preferences. Note also that along with the C-x 8
map, you also get a set of A- bindings which might be easier to use
(A- being ALT). And for yet more options: emacs-28 adds two new input
methods, 'compose' and 'iso-translate', which correspond to the X11 Compose
and C-x 8 methods, but without a prefix key. Choice is good :-)
