I don't know anything about iPhones but my Android phones run the Termux subsystem and support Emacs and all of my text-mode working environment at the 100% level. I can be just as productive[1] on my Android phones as I can on the Dell desktop running Arch Linux that I'm using at the moment. -- Bob Newell Honolulu, Hawai`i - Via GNU/Linux/Emacs/Gnus/BBDB [1] Limitations being mostly text only[2] (not much of a limitation for most of my work), and of course as a certified Old Person, the small phone screens don't appeal to my poor vision. Also, an external keyboard is really, really a good thing. [2] Things like PDF readers, image viewers, etc., are easily invoked from within Emacs on my Android devices.
