Instead of enhancing Eglot to work with multiple LSP servers in parallel, we talked in the past about the idea of an lsp-proxy/lsp-multiplexer that is independent of Eglot, shows itself as an ordinary LSP client to Eglot, but also starts multiple LSP severs and behaves as a client to these servers.
