I only see 13 "All variables and subroutines might as well
have a documentation string" - are you suppose to fix that
as well?

I'll see if I can fix the other things you mentioned, but
a lot of that seems to be related to code indentation, spacing
in doc strings and so on.

I changed to `format-prompt', and replaced the "\n" in the
docstrings with literal blank lines. Version 6.14.0.

As for using the help window, this is a string proximity
algorithm that is also an ordering, finding names in Emacs is
just one of many thinkable applications.

For that particular application we could use the help mode
window, but what would the advantage be?

As for using `tabulated-list-mode', then one cannot have
anything else in the buffer.

What do you mean, unpleasant to read?

> appears to just be a rewrite of apropos

It isn't a re-write of anything.

It is true that it performs better than `apropos' for certain
indata but that is just one use case of the algorithm.

There are no references to `apropos' and no use of its code.

Well, what do you want?

Can you be specific, what do you want?

It doesn't have a single variable, what are you talking about?

What do you mean?
