Ok.

This type of warning indicates some problem with the parser or cache and
is generally hard to track down. Just the mere occurrence of it simply
indicates to us that the problems do exist in this area, so thanks again
for reporting!

Unfortunately, fixing these kinds of things requires much more detailed
information and cooperation from users.
If you were to see the warning regularly, I would ask you to enable
additional logging facilities that can collect detailed information of
what has happened just before the warning was displayed.

However, if it is rare, the best I can do from this report is take a
note to watch for similar problems.

For you, if the warning is rare, it should be mostly harmless. Just to
make sure, you may consider setting `org-element--cache-self-verify' to
t, so that consistency checks become more regular. But that will lead to
slight performance hit.

For now, I am closing this bug report.
Feel free to follow up if you see the warning again, especially
regularly.
