to clarify that... but even if true, it should still expand it...

Also one notes
Compile command: ca<TAB> can find cat, but
Compile command: a=b ca<TAB> cannot...
also even if one does
Compile command: cat <TAB> one does not see anything, whereas with bash
(or bash-completions) one would see filenames...
