Subject: [PATCH] Disable byte-compile-cond-use-jump-table (Bug#35770)

* lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el (byte-compile-cond-use-jump-table): Set
to nil by default.

Don't merge to master, the bug is already fixed there.
