Assume there is some binding

(define-key keymap [remap OTHER-COMMAND] 'COMMAND) .

The text describes the different behaviour, in case of

(where-is-internal 'OTHER-COMMAND keymap nil nil no-remap) or
(where-is-internal 'COMMAND keymap nil nil no-remap) .
