I've just noticed that longlines-mode has been obsoleted (in 2012 I
believe, ah well) in favour of visual-mode.

Is there an equivalent of longlines-show-hard-newlines? The best I can
come up with is whitespace-mode, but I already use this for other
purposes.

Phil
