I get \lstset{language=C++,label= ,caption= ,captionpos=b,numbers=none,commentstyle=\bfseries} \begin{lstlisting} using foo_t = int; struct bar_t { foo_t a; // this comment should be bold }; \end{lstlisting} What Org version are you using?
