Yes, you said that already.

If it is bound only to one thing, then say

  It is bound to r only.

or

  It is only bound to r.

or don't say that line at all.
Else that line looks silly.

I think that's even more confusing -- I would interpret that as there
was something special about the `r' key.  And it may be bound to other
keys in other buffers.
